Brian Kienle

Co-Founder​

Brian Kienle has provided location-based solutions to local governments his entire career.  He graduated from Hocking College in 2000 with a GIS/GPS associates degree followed with a BS in Business Management from Franklin University in 2005.  He has been a certified GISP since 2009. Brian started his career at DDTI in Columbus in positions ranging from field collection to implementation and support manager over a 7-year period.  He then joined Pictometry in 2007 as a regional technical manager and then a district manager based in both Colorado and Ohio ultimately working in 10 different states.  Most recently Brian followed through on a lifelong dream of starting a company by co-founding Pivot Point Partners in late 2017.
 
When he isn’t on a web meeting, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two young daughters making YouTube videos, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, or jamming out on the guitar drums and mic! Our Lucy dog loves taking walks and playing bubbles with the girls. She is representing the dog section of the pet profile below!

Dave Priest

Co-Founder

Dave Priest received his Bachelor of Science (with honors) from Warwick University and found his first professional position at a knowledge focused company ‘HyperKnowledge’ in Cambridge as a software Engineer. Shortly thereafter he moved to the USA, he spent the next 14 years with Digital Data Technologies Inc. gaining several promotions until reaching the position of CTO in 2012. He holds the Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certificate as a result of driving the transition to scrum and was championing the adoption of DevOps when he left to start Pivot Point.

When he isn’t glued to a computer screen, he spends his time training for his next Spartan Beast and out cycling local county roads; and in his down time watches Formula One or Tour De France.  He currently resides in Central Ohio with his wife Molly, daughter Samantha and their many rescued cats CC, Honey, Lucky, GinJay, Tabitha, Serona & Lilly-Onna.
